ROM Hack Saving Problem

Is there a way to save on No$gba cause I dont want to keep repeating the whole thing (Pokemon Black) even if its a save state everytime I load it, it returns back to the pokemon game screen T-T Thanks in advance

your better off with desmume.
save states actually work

might be a little slow though...
