So i played the game untill the cosmic egg "fifth' part and notices there's a bug that says i cannot get in there even when it's open
can someone make a save file after you got in?

Is your game patched? A patch went out to fix this bug.

I don't have the game anymore, but I imagine like a lot of games there's a version number in the bottom left corner of the start menu. If it is patched it should read "version 1.1." If that doesn't show up, check the eShop if anything's available. It might also give you a banner saying there's an update available if you highlight the game icon in your 3DS's menu.
