PS1/2 Safest place to purchase a Swap Magic?

Well currently it only works on japanese PS3's but it requires Swap Magic, and allows you to play PS2 games (not sure if its just ISO's or Discs), and i was curious where the safest place to buy Swap Magic would be.

I already have swap magic, what's this newest exploit you're talking about? A link would be nice.

EDIT: found it, I hope they release a version for ntsc. Then i could finally play my import and backup ps2 games in hdmi.

I hope they get this to work on 60GB pal machines.

I'd love to go play through some of the PS2 library.
