Homebrew safe way to copy Nand Photos onto HiyaCFW?

hi i have successfully installed HiyaCFW however my Album is empty and im scared to take any new ones or copy the old ones over incase they get overwritten

If you go to the Camera app in your nand you can just copy them to the SDCard.

I said copy so no.

Yes, click on Data (Bottom right in the bottom screen) in the Camera app and click Copy (It has an icon of a DSi and an arrow pointing to a SD). Select Console->SD Card and the first option after that.

No, I don't think so.

Just hold A while starting your DSi, and select LAUNCHER from the list. You will then be viewing your NAND.
