Well, it's not really a source but just Google it and you'll find rumors.
It can't be true!

He's the reason I was kept entertained today morning..
A moment of silence for those who are gone as a result of the tsunami..
Japan cannot handle any more destruction.

Let's hope Pokemon will live a long life. A decade and a half certainly isn't good for a video-game franchise.

Anyways, this news is about the man and I'm still having a hard time believing it.
The poor guy.

THANK GOD! But thats only Nintendo... Pokemon was made by GameFreak... I just hope that GameFreak is also a part of Nintendo.

I'm sceptical. Black and White were just released. Pokémon is fresh on people's minds. The most juicy rumour someone could think up related to the quake is pretty much, therefore, the creator of Pokémon dying.

As someone has already pointed out, Satoshi Tajiri works for Gamefreak not Nintendo.
