does anyone know why the rumble pack does'nt work with the cyclo ds evo???

I'm not 100% sure, but it could be that the M3 Real Rumble adapter isn't compatible with the CycloDS Evolution? You can try reading the CycloDS wiki to see if theres anything in there regarding your problem.
