Hacking Rudolph's 3-in-1 tool - Alphabetical sorting

I'm using Rudolph's tool (v1.9) for my 3-in-1 expansion pack, but it tends to display files in the order they were copied to the cart, clearly something to do with the physical ordering of the files. Is there anything that can be done to the filesystem to get themsorted alphabetically? Simply sorting the view in Windows does absolutely nowt.

Never mind, I have found my own answer.

If it's helpful to anyone else - FATSort. Works on FAT16 drives only, but seems to do the job.
