Emulation RTC Emerald Patch?

I have an EZFlash 3-in-1. Do i need to RTC patch my Emerald if i'm going to be using it in NOR?

There isn't one.

Patch free hardware and software setup needed for playing GBA pokemon regaurdless what language version you plan to use:
Software: GBA exploader
Hardware: M3 GEP (GBA Expansion Pack)

The M3 GEP has RTC. As long as your slot1 is NOT a M3 you can use gba exploader. Link is to a USA vendor, if you order now you should get it before christmas. If you don't want to buy one, your not playing emerald any time soon.
