Which Pokémon Rom hacks are must plays?

And please only recommend those that actually work and don't crash just because of using a certain move or ability like in Elite Redux (I'm sorry but that's really the case with Elite redux since it's only half finished)

My go to are:
Pokemon Viva las Vega
Pokemon Brown
Pokemon Prism
Pokemon Sirius/Altair Minus

if you want an experience of how hacks were back then i'd suggest:
Pokemon Ruby Destiny
Pokemon Flora Sky
Pokemon Liquid Crystal
Pokemon Fuligin

can't exactly recommend any difficulty hacks in case that's also what you were asking as those aren't my cup of tea.

Thanks for answering my post. I've got a Steam Deck now so I'd like to know of there are any Pokemon fan games you can play on the Steam Deck. I'm using Lutris though not Proton because it never seemed to work for me
