Hardware ROMs for 3DS

To start off I am NOT asking for links to any websites.

I've found a number of 3DS ROM sites, but they all seem to provide links to file hosting websites eg. filesonic. All I want to know is if there is a site out there that offers direct downloads at better speeds, or one that links to mediafire. If not then is it worth getting a premium account for a month and download EVERYTHING or just settle with jdownloader?

If allowed then please give a not so obvious hint to point me in the right direction.
