Anyway people may not understand the guide and as in a group we can explain it more and more.

Actually, Pokemon is being localized, so technically, yes, it's being translated... By Nintendo.
By time you're done learning, Pokemon would already be out in English, honestly.

I'm not learning this for pokemon, by the time I'm in year 12 and finishing school and moving to uni to follow up with tech work, I want to know more things then I will, I know alot already but I never thought of learning ROM hacking, so as I said before, why not now.

I never said you were learning this for Pokemon, look at the post again, I was replying to two posts.
I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say with the "I'm in year 12 and finishing school" it's a bit... irrelevant.
I gave you two of the easiest sources to go to to learn, if you can't understand either of those, you probably won't understand it, at all.

Did I say I couldn't understand it, I don't think so. LOL. The year 12 thing was kind of relevant because I was stating that I want to know more stuff before I finish school, but I understand what you mean.

Well, I didn't bother checking if the results were correct but you've got the right idea of converting a "normal" number into binary. That's actually much more convenient than working with a conversion table.
