Hacking Rock Band 2 DLC not coyping to SD Card

I am using the backup launcher and am realizing that the game is saying it is copying the DLC i download to the SD Card but it isn't. The songs are still built up on my Wii memory. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm thinking it's just the backup launcher.

Can you just go into the Wii Options Menu and manually copy the information?

nope, when you play a song it gets transferred back into the wii memory and stays there and i noticed there was another post about this, my bad, if anyone can close this that'd be good. problem is still not solved
