would it be possible to add this sort of feature in this Riskii mod?
In the preloader, could we add a feature to default the language of the DISC as it loads, like in Pikimin Wii (japanese release) so we would not have to go back and manually set the language?

dude that looks awesome! that will make riskii complete! i cannot wait for it to come out. that would make the backup scene closer to complete. All we need now is a gamecube multi iso backuploader. I have lots of old gamecube games that i would love to stick on a dvd (metroid 1, metroid 2, ssbm, etc). But disc auto region is awesome!

digity is right, the full system mod will be optional, i would personally like to make the healthscreen a part of the install

basically, because i've already seen this pack now on about 10 different forums/website, renamed, messed with and no one from GBATemp credited or even mentioned at all...i even found one forum where they were claimed the pack was there own...

i have never claimed this is 100% my work , and i dont want it to say RIISKI MOD - BY CLARKY on the fuckin front screen

but i do feel a lil bit of "Branding" on the health screen with like likes of Blaster and the other guys responsible for CORP, icefire for the corp installer , and ofcourse the people who have manned this thread and have also been involved in the packs progression should get a mention...the graphic that shizza wipped up for the health screen is not over the top modding to be honest, its nicely styled and all the right people are correctly noted. If anyone disagrees with me then please feel free to post. I would like to hear people opinions on this statement.

I say go for it, I don't mind you branding the health screen.

Just make sure the Main letters of the Health screen are, "WIIBREW" or "WIIHACK" or some other clever iteration of the Wii and homebrew/hacking cause I don't want my system menu to necessarily be a Gbatemp product.

Under the Clever logo/slogan, could be all the credits.

Hello guys,

Yes that's the message I get from the Pre loader .25.

I have a Japanese Wii in 3.2J then I used AnyRegion to convert it into 3.2U and use Starfall. Everything was fine. I then tried to install the RiiskiMod 2.0. I jumped to phase 3 and I get this message after step 28...

Any idea of how I can fix things?

I tried to search for info, but I'm a bit stuck now, I thank in advance any help from you guys

EDIT: Okay I fixed. My Console Area and System Region were not the same. Everything is fine now.

seen some where in this that decrypted games dont work (assumeing u mean disc channel) but my house of the dead 2 & 3 works (only 3 works) decrypted

Have you previously had Preloader before?

Cause you are supposed to delete the previous hacks.ini before you install the new one. (dont uninstall preloader though, just reinstall the system menu then reinstall preloader)

If thats not the case, then redownload the system menu and redo the riiskimod process.

thats odd. but i have 20 other decrypted games from way back that say decrypted dont work... maybe only part 2's partition got decrypted

Yeah, I feel that way also. Its not like I want to take credit or anything but it makes it more official if its like a company name or slogan or logo than just a bunch of credits.

it doesnt matter what health screen replacement you guys come up with, ill skip it and go straight to the system menu anyway. though, it is nice to see what is possible.

I have a problem, in phase 3, when i run preloader 0.25 in HBC, it stays in the warning page, and it doesn´t move, i can´t do anything, it says, "THIS INSTALLER/TOOL COMES WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES! YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU INSTALL THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK THE AUTHOR CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IT MIGHT CAUSE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS TURN YOUR WII OFF"
What can i do? I have set everything in the SD card, where is the problem? I have done phase 2 before.

THE CODE TO INSTALL PRELOADER0.25 IS (1RAIDU = 1, RIGHT, A, 1, DOWN, UP.) - From the last page of the guide.

Okay I'll post this for the Japanese Wii users. For some reason my Console Area and System region were not the same anymore(probably my fault tho

). Just make sure it matches or it won't load the system menu(obviously).

today I removed my yaosm modchip... this thing works better than it (due to being too lazy to reflash it and I still prefer this even though it runs games at 3x vs 6x)

I will say the guide needs to make it clear to everyone on that korean disc part that you Ignore its message BY pressing A to continue (step 14 I think it was). Also say that you will need to press 1 after A since everything else is so spelled out... I have a video capture card coming in the mail and I will be updating some other wii's so maybe I will make a professional quality video and or guide w/ snapshots... vs those omg I am 14 and I just hacked da wii bro crap on youtube.........

Also it probably needs to have the code for preloader in the step... I know it was probably meant to prevent people from trying to NOT read the whole thing first.. but I'd rather them not come here asking because they don't like to read.

Lynkk - When you installed the system menu are you sure you selected 3.2J and that the rest of your settings were correct in ARC?

Also, I think your the first person to confirm this on a JAP system so this may be the case, any other information to post Lynkk?
