I think @DinohScene also has a tutorial on dumping/flashing the nand. I have those tutorials iirc, but they don't have pictures, and they['re more complicated. <looks like I do have one with xebuild gui, thought I didn't>

Load up NAND flasher 360 and follow the on screen instructions.

No tutorial needed.

true, pretty self-explanatory. I don't know if it's still suggested to unplug the console for a minute after flashing to purge the memory. I still do it even if it's not.

it's power-cycling, that's the word I was trying to remember. dunno if it's needed, but I still do it.
