hay am having trouble in my retroarch am runnging latest offical biuld

when scanning for ps1 bin files alot of files dousnt show up in the playlist
itried even selecting them indivulay but also didnt work
itried replacing the roms from another source but didnt work
itried making a playlist on pc retroarch and put it in switch version it show in the playlist but says didnt find it

the other games show up but certin games dont
ihave all the bios the 3 main ones

any idea?

Maybe try renaming the Bin files to name of the correcponding boxcovers?
I dunno I never got it to work with PS1 files (But im using multidisk EBOOT's, I ended up adding games to the PS1 playlist manually which seems to work nicely for me :)
I geet box covers and proper names, they boot and multidisk games are working.

hi, i cannot get the retroarch to scan for roms, even though they work more or less correctly (still no way of making metal slug work for mame)
i already unzipped them in the SD/retroarch/roms directory

how did you manage to make it work and scan correctly? I'm on 6.0.1 with last SX OS 2.0.1

a forget to mention that it works fine in pc retroarch they all get scanned and they play only one game that stuck at the beginging

so idont know where the problem is also i make sure to matched the name with the cue file

Maybe you have other PS1 cores installed on your PC and the PS1 games are detected to those cores and not the PCSX-ReArmed core?

Yeah same, I am not seeing any donation of 500 bucks in there.
Neither in the Dynarec bounty nor the Mupen64 update bounty.
So I am not seeing those 500 anywhere lol

Sorry @Shaqattack101 but I call BS on that "500 dollar" bounty, because you provided no source.

Hi all,

Having problems “scanning content” if I scan a directory for example mame 2003 R*ms reads the zips fine but does not place them in the relevant core folder..but if I scan an invidual file it works mame 2003 appears and the r*m appears underneath it properly named...is this a known problem scanning directories ??

Thanks

Is there a way to make the light machine gun cursor to work? Can't seem to move it trying terminator 2 arcade on MAME 2003.

I am new to RetroArch and I managed to install it to my switch. How do i load multdisc psx games to it so it will make the jump fron one disc to another? Thank you

Streets of Rage was showing up as Bare Knuckle in Genesis. I renamed the Rom via the option in the playlist and changed the name of the box art, but the game won't boot from the genesis playlist menu. Says file could not be loaded from playlist. Is there an easy way to add it to the playlist?

Ok bought a left joycon with a d-pad but cannot get it to work with any of the retroarch emulators but works on the main switch. Anyone else seen this problem.. ??

If you're talking about the hori d-pad, I haven't noticed any issues with it in retroarch. Using firmware 6.0 though.
