Yes it does, it makes them stutter. NES, SNES, etc. Would only enable it for PS1 and other cores that really need it.Enabling threaded video will not make games choppy - it will make them considerably less choppy

Thank you. Didnt know that.Yes it does, it makes them stutter. NES, SNES, etc. Would only enable it for PS1 and other cores that really need it.
Have you tried FF8/9? Can you verify it works?
If you use shaders on NES, SNES, etc, threaded video is actually needed.Yes it does, it makes them stutter. NES, SNES, etc. Would only enable it for PS1 and other cores that really need it.
Will confirm this. Shaders on NES/SNES/Genesis require threaded video to be enabled. It will play like garbage unless you enable it.If you use shaders on NES, SNES, etc, threaded video is actually needed.
I can verify that it works, Im on the third disc on FF8. You just need to create a proper EBOOT yourself, official PSP EBOOT's don't seem to work for me.
exFAT corruption is not a problem caused by RetroArch nor Homebrew, the one thing that causes the issue is Nintendo's official exFAT driver, which to be honest is shit.Someone call me when you have fixed the exfat issues, thank you. I don't want to go back to fat32 with all that splitting and stuff, 1998-style.
Sure thing! You're welcome. Thanks for explaining. Pretty annoying. I think I'd take my chances with exfat until I experience a crash.

If you want to address the issue to someone, that's Nintendo directly, not homebrew devs.
Yeah, just lucky, it will happen at some pointbeen using exfat since day one and haven't ahd a single problem (lucky, i guess?)
It is the best the Switch can doHas anyone tried dosbox? I am trying it now with a game from my youth called "Superkarts". It is exreeeeeeemalayy slow?
Is this the best the Switch can do or is it just because it is not optimized?
That seems a little sucky. I thought it was able to do a lot better with stuff like duke and quake and the like being able to run. Oh well.It is the best the Switch can do
