Yes if you had the purchased code. The cheapest thing to do would be to buy the game new then either sell it again or find a store that lets you return opened goods. Cheaper than buying a code on it's own i think.

Once again we come back to the legality issue, but that aside. I think its actually only like $5 for the code, so if you did it that way you could just as easily get the code for cheap.
