Hacking [REQUEST] Padcon for HBL (Turn off Gamepad screen)

As a Netflix user I've been using loadiine's padcon for some weeks to save some battery. The problem is that to turn off the screen while using Netflix (or other things) you need to load a game through loadiine with padcon option selected, then exit, then load Netflix/others.

Could someone make a padcon homebrew for HBL so loading a game first through loadiine wouldn't be needed anymore? It would be great to just open HBL, open padcon and return to Wii U home menu so we can turn off the screen when we want.
I know I may be asking for too much.

All I will say is that only about 1% of requests ever get made on this site so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
