ROM Hack [Request Help]

I'm new to Ohana3DS and PK3DS, but I'm willing to learn how to create custom Megas and edit Pokemon Models. I'm not sure on where to start for the custom Megas. I would love to make custom Megas like this one in this video.

P.S I would also like a list of Pokemon for the files if anyone could give one to me.
