Hacking request GCOS multigame help

I have spent several hours looking for clues on how to use GCOS multigame creator, but I can't seem to find anything clearer than "use cmd" anywhere on the internet.
+My issue is that the readme and the wiki page on gbatemp talks of an output, but there is no indication of where the "input" is supposed to be.
-+I don't know if this is to avoid illegality of some kind but I can't make anything out of it.
--+I am not very familiar with using cmd, and so I have no experience using the "command line" versions of programs.

Could someone please explain to me (preferably step by step) how exactly I should use GCOS multigame?

(ps: I've tried running the .exe in cmd with "start gcos ...v4.exe" but because of the spaces in the name of the file it doesn't register in the first place - should I rename it?)

I am pretty sure there is a multigame creator out there that has an interface that does not use command prompt.

Probably yeah, but I think GCOS multigame is the most recently updated and most reliable one.

Anyway, assuming I rename the .exe file to something without spaces, and it executes properly in cmd, should I expect an iso/gcm file with the GCOS with all the games selectable from a menu or something? still kind of unclear.
also, I only have single layer DVDRs so can anyone confirm that, as long as the combined size of the games is less than 4.7 Gigs, it doesn't matter how large it is combined? (and does making the multigame iso/gcm add a lot to the combined size?)

edit: I'll stop trying to figure things out with this version, as soon as I'm ready I'll use multigame iso creator v3.3.4F+ and see if that works, for now, thanks for the reply.
