Rednand isn't necessary

I would then advise you to go to %localappdata% and rename Apps to Apps.old, then try installing again

Thank you for your help. I'm curious as to why the WUP installer wouldn't be able to install content from the HDD instead of the SD.

It isnt an issue for me, I just want to know why. Is it because of the encryption to the Wii U console that prevents any other device from reading it?

Yes, the content is encrypted. Technically I believe it would be possible to make it install from usb but the only way for now would be to write the data to the usb via ftp and then install it, which would be extremely long for large games.
I'm not saying there isn't a way to do it but as of now this is the only solution

i got issues with some games. i cant install them.redownloaded them 3 or 4 times. has someone a clue what the problem is?

Did you copy them manually to the SD? If so make sure that there are no special characters in the name. It is recommended to use the app's copy feature which will take care of these.

The LEGO games often add the little copyright symbol into the directory name, making it fail using wupinstaller.

Why am I not being offered to download updates like it shows in your video? I downloaded just the base game of Wii Fit U, I saw two updates for the US version both the exact same size and I wasnt sure which was correct so I went just for the game itself but it never offered to download the update too.

Nevermind, I had to select the update then it offers to get the game with it too.

Yeah, when you see the _ underscore in the install path of the error, you can pretty much guarantee that there is a special character messing things up.

For example do I need v48 and v64 if I just install v80?

No, just install the latest, it is cumulative. It includes all past updates.

There is a cache. It was turned off for a while, but it may be back on. Plus the titles have to be manually entered in the Helper's database on Hikari06's end.

Not exactly. I don't add titles manually. I have a db with info such as icons and all which contains about 2k entries. So when a game gets added to that site it will show up right away if it's in there. If the game is not in my db it will be added by a script which runs about once a day.

Two more questions, and keep in mind I have haxchi/cbhc installed.

1. Will I be able to install different region games?

2. Will I be able to install modified Wii U games such as Fatal Frame 5 or Tokyo Mirage Sessions?

Those would be the only two things for me to break away from Loadiine and stick to WUP installations.

As some Title IDs are missing in your database, for example: 00050000-10152B00 Dr. Luigi™

Can you add an option, where the users can enter the title IDs manually?
