Wouldn't this somewhat cross into the territory of xorpads and decrypted title keys? I don't see why this would be allowed here if the prior aren't. It's just as copyrighted as the slot 25 keyX honestly since these seeds are part of a keyY.

Title keys, xorpads, and AES key parts aren't publicly available though. These seeds are available through publicly accessible URLs(assuming you have installed ClCertA in your browser) like:
https://ninja.ctr.shop.nintendo.net/ninja/ws/GB/title/50010000036755/ec_info (that's the URL for EUR Tri Force Heroes)

I'm pretty sure the seed only exists for EUR at this time. Check here for which titles have public seeds. If you aren't sure about a certain title's region, use the Title ID to figure that out.
No problem. Was able to build and install a cia which works on N3DS 9.0.0 with PastaCFW and FIrmlaunch

I downloaded this seeddb.bin, but when I try to xorpad Zelda3Force Heroes Demo, Decrypt9 said:

That's most likely because the script checks all public titles here (For US at least, it also checks JP, AU, KR, and TW).

I don't think download-code games show up on that list (if any demos do at all, for that matter), and I don't know how to obtain a title's content ID otherwise.

If you'd like to know which games exist in the latest seed, I can start updating this list.

I suppose that's somewhat of a valid point, although you still need a 3DS to get the proper certs much like you need one to decrypt. I'm not saying the thread should be shut down or anything but it seems odd to just throw seeds around I guess.

Is there any way to get a list of what seeds are in this?
So far it has failed to find the seed for everything I've tried.

The website just says "Updated with x# Seeds"...doesn't say what they are.

What's the game's name (and title id if you have it)?

They're both there in the latest seeddb (0xF0).

file offset / game name / etc
0x1470 --- 3D Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (Europe) (eShop) CTR-N-KSNP 000400000015BA00
0x0DD0 --- 3D Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (USA) (eShop) CTR-N-KSNE 0004000000158D00

If it's not working, you aren't decrypting correctly.

Something seems odd.

I have the latest seeddb.bin, dated 10/30@10:38PM on the root of my N3DS running 9.0.0-20U
I looked inside and see the proper TitleID's at the offsets posted above (reversed)

3D Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (USA) (eShop) saved as CTR-N-KSNE.3ds in the /d9decrypt folder of my SD card.

I'm running the 10/28/2015 version of Decrypt9WIP from a cart of CubicNinja

I select:
Game Decryptor Options - NCCH/NCSD Decryptor

Opening D9decrypt ...
Decrypting NCSD "CTR-N-KSNE.3ds"
Partition 0 (Executable)
NCCH is not encrypted
Partition 1 (Manual)
Code / Crypto: CTR-P-CTAP / Seed
Seed not found in seeddb.bin!
Failed!
NCCH/NCSD Decryptor: failed!

Press B to return, START to reboot.

If i'm not mistaken you should select (in game decryption) the CIA decryption (deep), the last option sorry i don't remember the name

I made a .CIA and that works for decrypting a .CIA of it... so there's no way to decrypt a 9.6+ .3DS?
