some rxtools version/build do not have working dev menu. try other build.

i used rxTools 3.0 nightly 9f48bb8 and rxTools 3.0 nightly lastest build but still don't working. Can u give me git commit of build which can launch DEVMODE
my step: turn on 3ds > browser > http://dukesrg.github.io/.....> hold L and go to menu rxtools > advanced > DEVMODE > black screen + nothing happend.
