Uploaded C version of this converter. It's called vid2bmpv and does not require .NET Framework 3.5.
It can be downloaded from lpp-3ds GitHub: https://github.com/Rinnegatamante/lpp-3ds/tree/master/BMPV

Note: Remember to set your video infos in vid2bmpv.bat (Audiochannels, framerate, resolution).

Seems flickering problems now are coming from alpha blending. Sound really strange, if i opoen an image/bmpv/text file which takes up a good amount of vram, bottom screen still not flick...

Here are two little screenshot showing up future background support, new skin-style browser and new Text Reader (Which uses the newest Console module i added to lpp-3ds):

I was wondering to add an "Edit" function for opening every file (independently from his real format) with an HEX/Text editor (For only viewing for now but also for editing in future, when official Nintento keyboard support will be added on libctru).

Text editor included in ORGANIZ3D is still complete. I have only to wrote the HEX editor. Started working v.0.4:

Temp Changelog v.0.4:
- Removed hidden screenshot function when pressing L button (It was used for Debug)
- Now TXT files can be scrolled with Left and Right digital pad
- Added possibility to open every file as any type of file (independently from its file format)

Coded basic HEX Viewer but it's very crappy:

It doesn't recognize every bytes (cause io.read returns a formatted string according to LUA syntax).
I need to write a proper function in lpp-3ds to make it really useful.

EDIT: Completed the HEX Viewer, now it recognize all the bytes. :D
