Disable file analysing or whatever it's called. that fixed my issues.

Yeah I've already solved it, I was just adding to the MS Essentials point. Thanks for providing the fix though, for anyone that stumbles upon this.

I've noticed that Chrome has a huge problem with blocking websites and downloads with homebrew, it's really annoying.

Or use a better browser, for example Opera

Okay, I don't want to start a tangent here but why would you use Opera over Chrome if the issue is compatibility? They use the exact same rendering engine and have for the last couple years.

But I use opera, and I havent had any problem, so that is why I recommended opera

Well, I have to use vpn to do that, but opera will have their own vpn switch in a new update
