Looks nice. Mock-up for UI would definitely be nice, though I'm not currently considering substantial changes (i.e. adding a search bar that will also change how search results are displayed).

I'd probably wait until it's more feature-complete so it can be better determined how to fit all of the information together. I'm not making big UI changes until then myself, including the custom theming. There is also the need to consider variable-sized buttons and other elements (for multi-language text support). For that, I created a "NinePatch" parser (if you're familiar with android dev where's it's common).

EDIT: In fact, if it supports custom theming, that will probably change how we make the UI entirely. We will have to make things specifically more modular or generic. I definitely don't want to spend time making UI changes now before determining the goal.

Just a suggestion, maybe an option to add an URL (in form of user input, no hardcoding) from which it updates enctitlekeys.bin?

That particular app is piracy.
So is this freeshop

No, freeshop without the keys file is useless. The app you mentioned enables the piracy. Same as CFW is allowed but links to games are not.

No, the app it self is just a file installer, which isn't illegal. Having the file and downloading that is illegal.

Hey, I made encTitleKeysUpdater.
Just created an account to say, yeah, the .cia itself has no illegal files. The .bin is pulled from a zip online and then is extracted.

I don't know much about that, but seems odd. I'd guess case-sensitivity issues, but the sd card is fat32 afaik so shouldn't matter. Oh well, I'll leave it to the author of that program to figure it out.

Yeah, silly mistake I made. I didn't check for the /freeShop directory, so the file will fail to extract if it doesn't already exist. I'm releasing v1.2 in a day or so though (probably tomorrow, there's just something I want to fix first), so then people should be able to use it to download the .bin before their first launch of freeShop.

It's funny, I knew it looked for a /freeshop directory, and when I did it in reverse order and it failed, it was kind of a "well, duh" moment. Just something I thought, if it was never going to be changed, people should know. Otherwise when they got the white freeshop screen some would freak out.
