A suggestion for a future update? Highlight apps you downloaded on the title db in need of an update a certain color. Some of us check the title db daily to see if there are updates.

I'm trying to ask you guys here, because I'm so stupid and deleted my FBI in freeshop app. :( It was described there as a game. I got old menuhax and 11.0 emunand. I found on forum that I should go to luma settings and check ARM9 Access and open hblauncher open FBI and install it. I copied new FBI on SD and when I did it with this acess ARM9 option checked console freezes on opening FBI in HB launcher and now without this option checked I got Fatal Error Backdoor Kernel not installed. So anyone could help? Please

EDIT: It seems like older version FBI works only in HBL but can't install nothing without ARM9 acess, and newer FBI is not working at all like it didn't work with my menuhax (Fatal Error) I'm in endless loop :(

Is FBI working on EMUNAND (Luma) 11.4? I already have it injected in H&S but not sure if should I update...
You really should get rid of your emunand and save those 2gb on your sd card.

This might not be what you want to hear, but the easiest way to network install would be uploading the cia to Dropbox or MediaFire and installing via qr code. Network has always given me issues.

Copyrighted material is indeed illegal
Fbi is simply a cia installer. The cia format is the installable format for a 3ds application, whether it's a compiled homebrew application or a pirated game. I rarely use fbi to pirate as there are other apps that do the same thing much easier and quicker. That's like saying BitTorrent is illegal since it can download pirated content, or even google chrome.

The Nintendo 3DS Logo is still copyrighted material doesn't matter if its used by FBI or whatever, we already had a DMCA on freeshop thats why the bootsplash was changed.

DMCA Notice said:
The freeShop application also contains unauthorized copies of the Nintendo 3DS Logo Data file, covered by U.S. Copyright Reg. No. PA0001781880, which further infringes Nintendo's rights.

@Giodude
Thought fbi was the content in mind, not the banner. My mistake.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
