Can you try something for me and see if it has the same effect for you? When I increase the priority of cemu.exe in the task manager I get a nice boost to FPS. From normal priority to above normal or even higher (stay away from real-time priority).

I can confirm too, realtime increases the speed ( and fps ) for me

Well. That's okay for Mario Maker. Close to 60FPS is alright. But 3D World, it's 30 or less. But that's fine. But hey for me, Wind Waker only has 10-15FPS outside and 40-60FPS when I'm inside a house.

Well, I tried NSMBU fix on SSB4 after renaming the files to something else, and........(drum roll) IT WORKED!!

It looks very weird actually, somewhat like SM3DW.

My i5 4670k gets
constant 60fps Super Mario Maker on all themes
3D world gets constant 60fps but may dip to 40fps in intensive areas
Wind Waker gets 20fps outside, 30fps (full speed) inside. 10fp at dragon roost island

Did some testing with the emulator to see where it stands. Used new super mario bros for the test since it's the smallest download I came across. No idea if the original author reads this topic but if he does:

Windows 7 + CEmu: Emulator shows black screen only (FPS display is around 30FPS so something seems to work but nothing rendered)
Linux Wine + CEmu: Emulator shows intro screen and when pressing 2-key segfaults.

Still a long way to go. Looks like many have these problems. Why exactly does it render nothing in Windows but it does under Wine? Quite peculiar behavior for an emulator.

I just try now without the video, and i am always with 30 fps...after launching my 4k60 fps video,= 59.9/60 fps!

I think,cpu works much with this,cemu = single tread and the 2500K = 4 tread!

I don't exactly know,why,but it 's works for me,TOO!

Have you guy's tried selecting High Performance under power options instead of running a 4K video in the background. It's possible that running the 4K video is locking your CPU to its maximum frequency. If you select High Performance inside power options of windows this should lock your CPU to maximum frequency and you wont need to loop that video.

EDIT

Don't forget to go back to power options once finished and select the balanced plan. If you don't your CPU will stay locked.

You know, I have a tutorial video on Youtube(man. That video needs alot of views). Search on Youtube on "How to update Wii U games" and click the thumbnail with Mario Maker, Splatoon, and Mk8 in it
there is a spanish tutorial that is real time and it shows you how to do it, maybe you need to update your video? im just saying
