You'll need the four files. You can download them with the NUS-downloader with an valid WiiU common key.
Also, you will need to place them in the same folder as I did.

Just follow that reddit-link posted by @theTwister. It contains what you need without using the NUS downloader

Once you installed them into the correct folder, CEMU will automatically use those files if needed for any game.
AFAIK, only Captain Toad and the new super mario bros games need them

guys , NSMBU Boots on my crappy laptop , everything is fine except the blackscreen ,
25-30FPS in menus and 6-10FPS ingame , black screen all the time
any solution for this problem , im using interpreter
specs :
Intel HD Graphics
2GBRAM
Intel Pentium b970 2.3GHz
