Exzap knows what he is doing, that's why it develops so fast

GPU doesn't really play a big part in emulation until you do the extra stuff on top of it, like antialiasing or upscaling. (Which this has absolutely none of yet)

This emulator right now is all down to CPU and more specifically, single core performance, so right now, the absolute best CPU there is for this is the 4790K.

@Exzap on XenoBlade seems like they use light scatter is that the reason for the pixel lighting issue

It's not so much a single effect but rather the entire post-processing pipeline being broken.
