I tried to import the .cia for Taiko no Tatsujin (0004000000102F00) and it came up with this

oops @shaunj66 - sorry, this post is more than a year old, you can even delete the thread or lock it if you want.
i didn't realize i could get a warning for something this old but fair enough, although i wouldn't make the same mistake today, posting links etc.

haha very late to the party.
i don't have it but i can get it for you if you want - but, i recommend you get it yourself.
what i mean is, i can see the key on 'that 3ds titlekey website' (good i guess)
the name is in japanese so search for '0004000e00170500'.

use my tool FunKeyCIA or one of the GUI versions that other people made.
or use CIAngel and do it right on your 3ds.
you will enter the title id (of the update not the game) - and the key you find on the website.
