    How would I go about playing other region games on a PAL Wii with 4.0e installed? Whats the best method/tools etc. Cheers guys.

    preloader has region free hacks for 4.0

    or just use the new usb loader, thats region free also.

    I've heard of preloader, but never used it...are there any tutorials? Sorry for being a n00b, I left the Wii scenefor nearly a year and a whole load of crap has happened since then... :/ Cheers for the hlp though mate, and being so friendly about it! [​IMG]

    IMO preloader etc is pretty risky - Just run softchip or gecko os from your homebrew channel. They'll let you boot the out of region games.

    Preloader is not risky, just say that you're a paranoid [​IMG].

    Install it, it can save your pretty @$$ from bricks.

    preloader isnt risky unless your a tool and dont read about it first.

    its more useful than risky.
