Hacking Regionfree on 4.0e?

How would I go about playing other region games on a PAL Wii with 4.0e installed? Whats the best method/tools etc. Cheers guys.

I've heard of preloader, but never used it...are there any tutorials? Sorry for being a n00b, I left the Wii scenefor nearly a year and a whole load of crap has happened since then... :/ Cheers for the hlp though mate, and being so friendly about it!

IMO preloader etc is pretty risky - Just run softchip or gecko os from your homebrew channel. They'll let you boot the out of region games.

Preloader is not risky, just say that you're a paranoid

Install it, it can save your pretty @$$ from bricks.

preloader isnt risky unless your a tool and dont read about it first.

its more useful than risky.
