I just want to know which is the best way to have a regionfree Wii. I want to be able to play the different region games directly from the menu.
Is there a way to use BootMii to load some elf program in the ram so it loads automatically?

Isn't preloader a permanent solution? I thought there would be a temporal solution out by now.

    @chrisrlink, Online it says Virginia Sales tax is only 5.3 to 6%. (Depending on county) so not sure why you would be taxed that much. Maybe it includes Trumps 10% tariff, & then 6% sales tax.
