Hacking Regarding DS Flashcharts on 10.4

Does anybody know if the latest update (10.4) blocked any ds flashcarts? Specifically the R4i gold 3ds rts. (New 3ds if that matters)

I highly doubt it does. Nintendo hasn't blocked any DS flashcarts for quite a few updates now.

Nintendo hasn't been making money from DS games anymore for a few years now because of emulators and flashcarts, so they have no reason to try and block them anymore.

yes, they block all of them, now we have reason to find a way to port DS games to home screen channels
