is there anyway to put the Twilight hack beta1 and beta2 on the same SD card?
say if I wanted to prepare an SD card for putting homebrew on my friend's wii, but I didn't know what system menu version he had?

no, only 1 boot.elf can be in the root directory of the SD card.

no Tichinde925, he was aasking whether he could put 2 twilight hacks on, not 2 programs.

Yes jmlee337, it should be possible. just put both 'private' folders on the sd

Now when you go into your wii, look at both the save files, and it should tell you what beta it is - that way you can copy over the right one
