Homebrew really need help for my dsi

now i just need to get my photos from the dsi. yet when sd card is inserted,it just goes into emunand where there are no photos at all.
so i removed sd card, and it went to the real nand ,yeah, eventhough no sound at first . but the problem is , it seems that the touch screen don't work under music ,. flipnote, e ven settings .
so what is wrong with it . please help .thanks .
