Yes you can, simply download the 9.5 update with 3DNUS and install all .cia in the folder (L+R+A) with devMenu or BigBluMenu in rei-emunand mode.

Nope. Best example to test is the new(er) Taiko no Tatsujin game (on a non-JP system, of course) with DLC songs added. The extra songs only show up when in Gateway Mode.

Everyone as you can tell n3DS support has been added (9.5 or lower emunand only) Mset is currently being worked on but for now unfornetly is only supports Ninjhax Buy never the less knowing Rei I know he will figured it very soon! ^.^ However, let's give him a day to rest Because this was a lot of work to get this working. Well I guess now I can do this even tho I'm late haha

I just tested it on my new 3ds and emunand works flawless. Now If only if in the future this project merged somehow with rxTools -with Pasta- and cakes and we could have the best of all the amazing cfw in one big awesome place that would be great! I can only imagine the name...

I used the latest beta release, but when I run Reinand in CN, he ask for me the reinand.dat in my SD root.
But after it's working.

And be careful.
In System Settings, you see always the "Ver." even if you are on emunand
