Gaming Re-Coded Problem(Please help ><)

I've been searching the internet all evening to find a fix for this. I've updated to 1.8.6 on my acekard, ran the update needed for the 3DS. Now the acekard refuses to play KH Re-Coded, no matter which rom i use. This is one of my bigger favorites, so some form of help would reeeeeeeally be appreciated >< I have yet to hear of any similar problems.
