RawkSD is all custom tools by Aaron` and tueidj (except ffmpeg, and possibly SongCrypt)

You just need the ISO.

I have a video capture USB thing, and it lags just like that when the resolution is too high. See if you can lower the input resolution (or maybe just the recording resolution, I forgot).

Yep, ISO is just fine

Also, I have a modified GH3(world tour) with custom tracks on it, would the RAWKSD be able to import music from that as well?

Smash Hits and Metallica, not yet. Audio/chart problems.
Modified GH3 games will also work fine.

i have an alright capture card, its not hi def,
but it did used to lag,
so i got a svideo hi def cable and it doesnt lag anymore.
