Gaming Ragnarok DS wfc disconnecting me (on acekard rpg)

Hi I have acekard rpg, in Ragnarok DS when I try to connect to wfc and search for friends it finds friends but always before loading level it disconnects me. I have latest akaio and performed wifi update of loader so basically I have latest firmware.
(and wfc works perfectly when I'm playing worms so it is not fault of my wifi connection either).

I have the same problem. My game says "communication error etc. etc." after we all choose the floor to start off on. I have yet to figure out why.
