Hardware R4itt Purple 4.0.0.7 Update? or DSi 1.44

As I only have a 3DS console, is there anyone that has the DSi 1.44 update applied already etc and could zip up their microSD's root (sans roms) and ship it over? Is that even possible?

I think that when you apply an update for your flashcart, it only actually applies the update to the cartridge, not the SD Card.
