Hacking R4i-sdhc hk kernal will not download

Could anyone assist me please. I have been trying to download the r4i sdhc hk kernal for my dsi unlimited upgrade cards. It gets to 2.9mb and freezes.
I have tried countless times, disabling firewall and other attemps have failed to resolve the issue. Could someone please download it for me and possibly
mail it to me? I would appreciate any assistance available.

I have tried 3 different browsers. None worked, all stopped downloading at 2.9 mb. Would someone else try and download it and let me know if they succeeded in doing so?
Could someone possibley use winrar to unpack the file and then mail it to me in sections? Again I am gratefull for all assistence , thank you.
