I was wondering if this card works on the 3ds

I currently got it in the mail and was not what i ordered but I was just wondering. Thanks

Assuming that's the right cart (and the shop didn't swap the stickers around, which has happened), yes it can be updated to work on the 3DS.

It can how? I currently put it on my 3ds and the whole system just froze

You'll need a DS/Lite or DSi that hasn't been updated too far in order to download and run the compatibility update from the cart's site... but it shouldn't be freezing like that, it should only give you an error code when you try to run it if it's been blocked

Ive tried on 2 different 3ds and everytime I put it on it freezes the system. Is there a way to update with a 3ds if I have other extra flashcarts

I would be concerned if that freezing of the system is correct, as you should only be getting an error message as Rydian had said.

Yeah im on to that right now, is it possible to update from 3ds or other method.

If the cart can start on a DS unit, it can be updated on that unit.

The freezing is a problem though, and not directly related to updates.

You might need to do a V1.44 patch for your non-3DS card, get the patch file at www.r4ids.cn and follow the instructions in readme.txt
