Hacking R4i Gold can only load ONE .nds file.

My R4i have been in some trouble. So whatever goes first on the R4i Gold is the ONLY thing that can be loaded. So moonshell, other roms = NOPE. It gives me a corrupted rom error.

Example: If I tossed mario party on the sd card first and I booted it up, it shows up all fine and dandy. When I toss a couple more files on the r4i gold, boom it's all corrupt except for Mario Party.

Before someone throws accusations at my SD card for being the blame, it's not. I did tests on the sd card and it's health was 100% fine and the write and read speed was fast.

The SD card:
Class 10
32 Micro SD
It's not fake.

I loaded the most recent wood, didn't work. I loaded the kernal : NOPE.
I tried formatting it with the parasonic SD formatter, tried formatting it with FULL format and quick format, I tried doing different cluster sizes. This is really really stressing me out.

Any tips and tricks?

Have you tried another MicroSD? Not saying yours is fake, but saying try another one. For some reason it might work.

How old is the cart?

EDIT: It could also be a bad contact in either the cart -> 3ds or SD -> cart.

Yes, I actually tried my fake 8gb micro sd sent from china. That works like a charm.

I don't know about the contact part.
The Cart works fine. 3DS games get read on the 3DS. The SD card to cart... don't know.
The game that the r4 can read works great!

The r4i gold rts is only 2-3 weeks old.

Seriously, maybe your card is not fully supported by your R4i Gold. Some cards are incompatible or does not work completely when used with certain cards.

As I said, some MicroSD types does not work completely when used with certain cards. Mario Party DS and probably other roms get placed on the first bytes of the card, which works on the R4i Gold, but other ones doesn't show up because the flashcart cannot find it, principally because it doesn't work completely.

There's no other way around it? I just got this, I would be so disappointed that it doesn't work.

Get a refund by contacting NDS-Card, and buy yourself a SuperCard DSTwo when you get the money. I had 5 flashcards in my life, the the DSTwo is the best I got so far.
NDS-Card is a good reseller, after all/
