Hacking r4i 3ds card

this morning i have received my 2 3ds r4i cards unlimited upgrades
i have installed the firmware and installed the games but all that shows on the ds when loading is a little sd card with menu in the middle

of it.
what is this? can i fix it? have a brought duds?

Open the MicroSD's contents on a computer and take a screenshot so we can see how the files are set up.

u cant play 3ds roms on that flashcart only one that can is the Gateway 3DS
