CheapMod is pretty good, usually day-after-next delivery and pretty cheap prices. If you want REALLY cheap prices try DealExtreme, but the free devery takes around 2 weeks. The links are in my signature.

Ebay is probably the best place for a cheap microSD

DealExtreme's price should be good, plus considering the currency exchange you'll get it at a lower price than what a UK site would charge
