Hacking R4-SDHC Files?? Please help!!

Ok so I may sound like a tool, but I really need some help...

I have 3 new R4-SDHC flash carts, however by following online instructions, I still cant manage to load the required files for it to work. I have downloaded the english kernel v1.14 and alsov 1.25 but these files are not compressed? I have read that I need to extract the R4menu, moonshl2 and moonmemo...
Could somebody please assist me by directing me to the URL where I will find these files?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Ok so for all the other people with the same problem...after 8 hours of searching and reading and trialling diff kernels etc turns out that the thing I was doing wrong was highlighting all of the folders and sending them to the sd card.......turns out, after going to http://www.r4i.co.uk/r4 and reading and following their instructions, Ive managed to get the card to work!!! It is important that you have the files installed in the correct sequence for the R4 SDHC to load
