just got my r4 sdhc dual core flashcard, and i can't seem to find a gba emulator that isn't flashcard based, any help?

There's only 1 for the R4 and it's slow. You're better off with custom GBA virtual console games or gpsp (if you have a n3ds).
The DSTwo has fullspeed GBA emulation, although it's a tad pricey and you're better off using gpsp installed as a .cia or run through the homebrew launcher.
