Hacking R4 Renovation for DS?

I was looking around for R4 stuff (for some reason), and I came across a clone R4 that calls itself "R4 Renovation".

Incorrect use of "Renovation" instead of "Revolution". I found this really funny.
Something that caught my attention is that it updates fairly often (their latest being today).
I'm just wondering, has anybody noticed this, or owns one of these?

Also, note their website title. "Welcom R4SDHC.COM". If you look at the website's URL, it's 'ndslr4.com'.
This clone also happens to use the "DS Happy Box" software (downloads updates and ROMs for you).

My personal favourite is R4DS.co.uk.
They have, or at least to have a help centre which proclaimed you could "Speak to an R4 expert"

DS Happy Box? Sounds like one of those things from Mother 3. xD I wonder how great it works.
In any case, I think the best R4 out there is the R4i SDHC (the website being r4i-sdhc.com I think). But of course, any versed GBAtemper would pick an Acekard 2i or the tops.

its probably just an unencrypted r4 firmware that they keep reuploading so it looks like its getting updated. If I were you, i would wait for some noob to try it out.

The Renovation card is most likely made to renovate your SD card once a day, meaning all your files get wiped clean and you can put them back again.... always nice and tidy file structure

They have a changelog though.
And FYI, not all R4 clones use the R4 firmware.

seems nice. but all other r4 clones firmware updates stop shortly after.
If not, they make another "new" card, and discontinue their support for older models.
this seems nice, though. can't find anywhere that sells it though. where did you see this?
